RC-100

RUST PREVENTER

ALSO AVAILABLE IN 55-GALLON DRUM

RC-100 does not contain muriatic, phosphoric acids, or chlorides and is safe to use around plants and pets.

RC-100 is a liquid compound specifically formulated for the specialized prevention of mineral stains on municipal buildings, condominiums, homes, sidewalks, and driveways.

RC-100 is a highly concentrated formulation compounded to be used in Rust Master and sprinkler systems.

Dosages of RC-100 are normally started at 2-4 parts per million and continued at this dosage for a period of 3 to 6 months depending on iron and water hardness, sprinkler pump size and nature of the stain. Thereafter dosage levels may be decreased to 1-3 parts per million.

RC-100 is mixed with water in holding tank and injected into sprinkler systems on a gradual and continuous basis.

RC-100 provides three distinct and separate actions.

  1. It prevents the formation of rust and red water stains on buildings.
  2. It’s superior sequestering action prevents the formation of rust and scale deposits from pipe and distribution systems.
  3. Because RC-100 contains no harmful acids or chlorides it protects against corrosion, pitting, and damaged plant life.

RC-100 is mixed with water in a holding tank and injected into sprinkler systems on a gradual and continuous basis. It prevents the formation of rust and red water stains on properties by coating the iron so it can’t oxidize.

Is a liquid substance that has been specially designed to prevent mineral stains, removal of mineral scale, as well as mineral sequestration and chelation. It is an internal anti-corrosion agent that guards against corrosion pitting and will not harm plant life because it does not include any dangerous acids or chlorides.

NO! The RC-100 formulation does not contain muriatic, phosphoric acids or chlorides. When used as directed, our RC-100 is safe for people, pets and plants.

RC-100 is sold by 5-gallon buckets and also available in 55-gallon drums.

The proper dosage (solution strength) of RC-100 depends on the iron and hardness content and sprinkler pump size of the Rust-Master unit (usually a 15-, 35-, or 55-gallon tank). You can test your water frequently for iron and hardness and adjust accordingly.

RC-200

RUST REMOVER

ALSO AVAILABLE IN 55-GALLON DRUM

Removes rust from

It is a special formulation that’s applied without the need to scrub, eliminating existing iron stains without harming painted surfaces. RC-200 is very economical, easy to handle and apply

We strongly recommend a test on an inconspicuous area BEFORE completing the full application. (allow test spot to dry before proceeding). RC-200 can be diluted. We suggest starting with a one-to-one ratio with water.

RC-200 is sold by 1 gallon, 5-gallon buckets and also available in 55-gallon drums.

Painted concrete surfaces:
Apply with either a brush, roller or sprayer. Rust should dissipate seconds after applying. Rinse the area immediately with water. Reapply when dry, if necessary.

Sidewalks and concrete driveway:
For most effective results, mix 2 parts chemical to 1 part water in a bucket. Apply with a brush evenly and allow to dry completely (before rising thoroughly).

Stone or brick finishes:
On jagged unpainted surfaces, apply full strength, allow to soak for 1 to 2 minutes, rinse thoroughly.

Fiberglass boats:
To apply use a rag or sponge. Test before completing. Rinse thoroughly.

HYDROCHLOR

CONCENTRATED FORMULA

ALSO AVAILABLE IN 55-GALLON DRUM

HYDROCHLOR is a unique chemical blend which, when added to a chlorine solution, helps to retard solids build-up on valves and injection assembly components of the chemical metering pump.

Making Hydrochlor a part of a chemical feed program is cost effective:

HYDROCHLOR is a blend of chemicals in liquid form which acts as a sequestering and stabilizing agent. Active ingredients include: sodium hexametaphosphate, mono sodium phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium hydroxide.

The HYDROCHLOR formulation is safe. Moreover, the chemical blend used in the manufacture of HYDROCHLOR is regularly applied by municipal water treatment plants.

HYDROCHLOR was developed for the specific purpose of forestalling scale formations in the valves and injection assembly of chlorination systems.

HYDROCHLOR is sold by 1 gallon, 5-gallon buckets, and also available in a 55-gallon drum.

HYDROCHLOR, due to its chemical content and the method of manufacture, has the ability to control the scale-forming properties of substances such as calcium, magnesium, iron, sulfur and manganese which are inactivated and held in solution as stable compounds.

For best results, 12 ounces of HYDROCHLOR concentrate should be used for each 15-gallon amount of solution (combined chlorine and water) in the supply tank.

1. Add proper amount of HYDROCHLOR to supply tank.
2. Add required amount of water.
3. Add required amount of chlorine.

EXAMPLE: For approximate 15-gallon total solution with a 1:2 mix, add 12 ounces HYDROCHLOR, 10 gallons of water, and 5 gallons of chlorine.
